The 60 Days Shred Program Gym Edition is for those who want to work out in a gym. The goal of this program is to shape and tighten the body, but it is also suitable for those who want to get into a good exercise routine, build muscle mass and become stronger. The results you get will depend on how your diet looks on the side. If the goal of the program is to lose fat percentage, it is recommended that you maintain a calorie deficit in your diet. Whether you are a beginner or more experienced, this program will give you the tools and guidance you need to shape your body.

 

 The program is structured in two phases: Phase 1 (weeks 1-4) and Phase 2 (weeks 5-8). In the first phase, you'll do four strength training sessions a week, and in the second, we'll step up the workout slightly and add a separate cardio session. The program also includes short intense cardio sessions that you do after your strength training.

 

Program overview:

Phase 1: The first 30 days (or 4 weeks)

Strength training: This program focuses on building basic strength and muscle mass. You will follow a carefully structured weekly training plan that includes 4 workouts a week.
Cardio: Combine the strength training with the cardio sessions included in the program to maximize fat burning.

Phase 2: The second 30 days (or 4 weeks)
Strength training:
In the second month, you will take your strength training to the next level by lowering the number of reps and increasing the weights. The program becomes more advanced and includes different techniques to vary the workout and increase your overall burn.
Cardio: Also in the second phase, cardio sessions are included in the program.
